- Identity & contact: name, email, phone, mailing address — when you book an appointment, submit a form, request a service, or contact support.
- Vehicle & document data: VIN, plate number, title, insurance, registration, driver's license — only when needed to complete a Florida DMV filing you request.
- Payment data: processed by Square, Inc. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We retain only transaction metadata (amount, last 4, status).
- Account data: email + hashed credentials when you create an account.
- Usage & device data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, timestamps, and cookies — used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
2. How we use information
- To process the filing, renewal, title, registration, or service you requested.
- To send receipts, status updates, reminders, and required service notices.
- To verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with Florida DHSMV requirements.
- To respond to support requests and improve the Service.
- To send marketing emails — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe anytime.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Florida government agencies (DHSMV, county tax collectors, Division of Corporations) — strictly to complete the filing you requested.
- Service providers bound by contract: Square (payments), email delivery providers, hosting and analytics. They may only process your data on our behalf.
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law.
- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies for login sessions, security, and payment flows. We may use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. Most browsers let you refuse cookies; doing so may disable parts of the Service.
5. Data retention
We retain customer records for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with Florida recordkeeping requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Records tied to a DMV filing are kept for the period required by state law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, access controls, and audit logging. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
7. Your rights
Florida residents and other U.S. customers may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about them, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., records we must keep for DMV compliance). 8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Third-party links
