Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, applications, and services provided by Auto Tags & Title Central Corp ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

We are a private Florida-registered tag agency. We are not a government agency. We assist customers with the preparation and submission of vehicle registrations, title transfers, business filings, and related services with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV), county tax collectors, and the Florida Division of Corporations.

2. Service description

We offer concierge filing services. Government fees (taxes, registration, title fees) are set by the State of Florida and are passed through at cost. Our service fee is separate and disclosed before you pay.

3. Eligibility & accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree that all information you submit (identity, vehicle, insurance, payment) is true, current, and complete. Filings rejected because of inaccurate information may require additional fees.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Square, Inc. By submitting payment you authorize us to charge the stated amount. Subscriptions (e.g., VIN check plans) auto-renew until you cancel from your account.

5. Refunds

• Service fees: refundable only if we have not yet begun processing your request. Once a filing is submitted to the State, our service fee is non-refundable.
• Government fees: paid directly to the State and generally non-refundable once submitted. Refund eligibility is set by Florida law.
• VIN reports & market value reports: digital products delivered instantly; non-refundable once generated.
• Subscriptions: cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal. Past periods are non-refundable.

To request a refund, email support@autotagsandtitlecentral.com within 7 days of payment.

6. Turnaround times

"24-48 hour" estimates describe typical processing on our side. Final completion depends on DHSMV and county systems, which we do not control. We are not liable for delays caused by government agencies.

7. VIN check & market value reports

Vehicle history and market value information is provided "as is" from public and third-party sources (including NHTSA). We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that a vehicle is free from defects, liens, or undisclosed history. Do not rely on a report as the sole basis for a purchase decision; always have a vehicle independently inspected.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or stolen documents or identities.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to evade taxes or fees.
• Resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Interfere with the Service's security or availability.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, and design on the Service is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
