Transporter Plate Application

TRANSPORTER PLATE SERVICE AGREEMENT — Auto Tags & Title Central (ATTC) 1. SCOPE OF SERVICE. ATTC acts solely as an authorized processing agent. We prepare, review, file and follow up on every document required to (a) set up or verify your business entity, (b) obtain the required county business permits, and (c) apply for and register your Florida transporter plate(s). We provide guidance and accompaniment through the entire process until the plates are issued and shipped. 2. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PLATE USE. ATTC is not responsible or liable, in any form, for how you or anyone else uses the transporter plate(s) once issued. Transporter plates are for business purposes only and may not be used for personal transportation. Any fine, citation, suspension, revocation, seizure, accident, claim or penalty resulting from the use or misuse of the plate(s) is the sole responsibility of the plate holder. 3. INSURANCE. Active commercial insurance must be maintained every month for the plate(s) to remain valid. Based on our experience, that insurance typically costs between $80 and $120 per month depending on your location and carrier. Insurance is paid directly to the insurance company, not to ATTC. If coverage lapses, the plate(s) may be suspended or cancelled by the State and ATTC is not liable for that outcome. 4. RENEWALS. Transporter plates expire and renew every December. They are valid for one renewal year at a time, cannot be renewed for two years, and cannot be personalized. The plate remains assigned to your company for as long as it is renewed. The annual renewal processed by ATTC costs $195. 5. FEES. The all-inclusive setup price of $1,365 covers one transporter plate, county permits, processing fees, registration and FedEx 2-Day shipping. Each additional plate is $425 (maximum of 5 plates per business). If ATTC registers your company, that filing is $125 in state fees plus a $75 agency and processing fee; the federal EIN is free from the IRS and its preparation is already included in that $75. Government fees are non-refundable once filed. Agency fees cover work performed and are non-refundable once the process has started. 6. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT SCHEDULE. To begin the process, a deposit equal to 50% of the total quoted amount is required. This deposit secures your application, reserves the plates under your business, and allows ATTC to file your county permits and plate registration. The remaining 50% balance is due once the plates have arrived at our office and the process is complete, before the plates are released and shipped to you. This split protects both the client and ATTC, ensuring your work is prioritized and that payment is settled before the plates leave our office. Government filing fees and agency fees are non-refundable once filed. 7. SHIPPING. The all-inclusive price includes FedEx 2-Day shipping to your door. If you require overnight (next-day) delivery instead, that upgrade is available at an additional cost paid by the client. Overnight shipping is not included in the base package and must be requested and paid for separately. 8. GOVERNMENT DECISIONS. Approval, issuance and timelines depend on the State of Florida, the county and the IRS. ATTC does not control or guarantee government processing times or outcomes, and is not liable for delays, rejections or additional requirements imposed by those agencies. 9. CLIENT INFORMATION. You certify that all information, documents and identification submitted with this application are true, accurate and yours. 10. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE. By typing your name and signing below you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature under the ESIGN Act and the Florida UETA, and that you accept this agreement in full.
