ATTC Spin & Renew — Official Rules

Auto Tags & Title Central Corp ("ATTC", "Sponsor"), Florida. This promotion is sponsored solely by ATTC and is not sponsored, endorsed by, or administered by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles or any government agency.

The promotion begins on the start date posted on the promotion page and ends on the posted end date, or earlier once the maximum number of available spins has been awarded. All entries must be received during the promotion period.

Open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and immediate family members of ATTC are not eligible. One eligible personal vehicle per winner. Void where prohibited by law.

Customer entry: Customers who complete an eligible online decal/registration renewal with ATTC receive one (1) spin per completed renewal order. Spin links are issued by ATTC and expire forty-eight (48) hours after issuance.

Free entry (AMOE): No purchase is necessary. Any eligible person may enter free of charge by submitting the free entry form at attc.app/spin-entry. Limit one (1) free entry per person every thirty (30) days during the promotion period. Free entries have the same chance of winning as customer entries. A purchase does not increase the odds of winning.

Grand Prize winner may receive up to $100 per year toward eligible Florida decal renewal support for up to 10 years, maximum total value $1,000.

Grand Prize support does not cover taxes, penalties, late fees, insurance-related issues, license suspensions, government holds, title work, or non-standard DMV fees. The winner must keep the vehicle legally eligible for renewal each year. Support is paid or applied by ATTC directly toward eligible renewal service and is not transferable. There is no cash alternative unless ATTC elects to offer one.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the remaining prize inventory at the time of each spin. Prize inventory is limited as listed above; once a prize is exhausted it can no longer be awarded. Some spins result in no prize.

Instant prizes are issued with a claim code shown on screen. The Grand Prize and other prizes designated as verification-required must be validated by ATTC. ATTC may request proof of Florida residency, age, identity, vehicle ownership and entry validity. Potential winners must respond to verification requests within seven (7) days and claim prizes within thirty (30) days of notification, after which the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, re-awarded.

One entry per person per eligible entry method. ATTC uses automated and manual checks — including email, phone, network/device and order-level checks — to detect duplicate or abusive entries. ATTC reserves the right to withhold or revoke prizes and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, uses bots or scripts, or attempts to enter more times than permitted.

All federal, state and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is released.

Information submitted is used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility and contact winners, as described in our Privacy Policy. IP addresses are stored only as one-way hashes for abuse prevention.

By participating, entrants agree to release ATTC and its officers, employees and agents from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. ATTC is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed transmissions, or errors beyond its reasonable control, and may suspend or modify the promotion if it becomes technically corrupted.

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
